National Stress Awareness Day, and we all know what it’s like to feel stressed – being under pressure is a normal part of life. But becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems or make existing problems seem worse. Always remember that you are stronger than any obstacles that life can throw at you, try these techniques to reduce your stress or come and talk to talk to the Wellbeing Practitioner in the Learning resource centre for more support.
