The Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT) is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Geography & History to be based at Priestley College.

Working arrangements:
Permanent, part-time or full time considered
• Part time appointments would be considered for those only able to teach one of the subjects
• The college would welcome applications from specialists of History or Geography who feel they could contribute to other Humanities subjects and are looking for a full-time role
• We would encourage school teachers of Humanities who want to progress to a successful sixth form college to apply
• ECT applications welcome
Start date:
24th August 2023- start of the academic year (subject to successful pre-employment checks including an Enhanced DBS check or a check against the DBS Update Service if registered)
Salary:
Sixth Form Colleges’ Salary Structure Main Teaching Scale (up to £44,256 per annum)
Pension scheme:
Teachers’ Pension Scheme
