An exciting set of pathways to suit those who prefer coursework over exams
Our Vocational pathways are varied and far reaching. They can prepare you for university and careers as diverse as the police, theatre set designing or sports coaching to name just a few.
BTECs, OCRs, RSLs and Cambridge Technicals will give you the skills and knowledge you need to break into a particular industry. They can also lead you to university or apprenticeships.
Although some exams might be taken in certain Vocational courses, the focus is on coursework and assessments allowing you to build up to a final grade during the course.
You will still be required to have Level 3 entry requirements including at least five GCSEs at grade 4.
Vocational courses can be studied to different levels and the depth of the course will determine how much of your timetable your subject requires. In some cases, this will allow you to combine a Vocational course with an A-Level.
