Priestley’s bi-lingual students have the opportunity to sit an additional A-Level qualification in their native language.

This is an excellent opportunity for our linguists to add UCAS points to their qualifications and also have a wider range of options in the future.

Candidates must be fully familiar with the requirements of the assessments and must have appropriately prepared themselves.

The A-Level qualifications are designed for taught learners, as assessment goes beyond testing language; it requires in-depth individual research and critical analysis of literature and film, including knowledge and understanding of complex and challenging themes as prescribed in the relevant specification.
