We are delighted to celebrate the success of one of our second-year students, Jaycen, who will be progressing to the University of Liverpool to study Mathematics and Computer Science this September.
During his time at Priestley College, the former Birchwood Community High School pupil student has excelled in his A-Level studies in Computer Science, Mathematics and Chemistry, consistently demonstrating dedication, resilience and academic excellence. Alongside his studies, he achieved a Silver Award in this year’s Chemistry Olympiad – an outstanding accomplishment that reflects both his talent and hard work.
Jaycen also completed an EPQ project exploring Cyber Security, further developing his passion for technology and problem-solving while showcasing the independent research skills that will support him in higher education.
His progression to university is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the commitment he has shown throughout his time at Priestley College.
We are incredibly proud to have supported Jaycen on his journey and look forward to seeing all that he achieves in the future.
Congratulations, Jaycen, and best of luck at the University of Liverpool! 🎓👏
