On Friday we paid tribute to the talent and achievements of Viola Beach – a decade after their passing.

It was a day filled with pride as we reflected on everything the band achieved in such a short space of time, and the lasting legacy they continue to hold here at college and across the country. From powerful live music performances to a moving gallery charting their journey, every detail was a tribute to their talent, spirit and connection to Priestley.

Thank you to our music team Michael Grainger, Chris Dodd and Dave Hindle along with our design team, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the day so special. It was a tribute that brought together students, staff and the families of Viola Beach who attended – and one that will stay with us all for years to come. 💛
