What do you love about the subject you teach?
My subject is essential for developing our future entrepreneurs. I enjoy equipping my students with the practical skills and knowledge required for further education and careers. It is a live and dynamic subject so plenty of room for lively debate!

BTEC National Diploma in Business – Level 3.
Level 2 Certificate in Business (BEC General)
Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance.
Degree – BED in Business and ICT.
A-Level Sociology.
What relevant industry experience do you have?
Worked in Production and Manufacturing – YKK Fasteners
Dept of Employment – New Earnings Survey and other Admin roles.
Worked in Logistics – Salt Union and Rockcliffe Computers.
Retailing experience. (Shoes)
Do you have any Examiner / Moderator / Assessor experience?
I have completed examiner work in A-Level Business, BTEC Business Level 3.
I have undertaken the role of a moderator many times for Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Business.
I will be examining for BTEC Business next year.
What is your message to students considering studying at Priestley College?
We will not only equip you with the skills and qualifications needed for your future success, but will also encourage and support you throughout your time here. We expect you to work hard but enjoy your time and have fun!
Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I enjoy walking, hiking, cycling. I love watching live music and sport.
