Progress Tutors are a student’s constant advocate and support throughout their college journey. We manage progression, guide with UCAS and Apprenticeship applications and help students develop and prepare for adult life. The Progress Tutor team is empathetic, share responsibilities and ensure each student receives consistent guidance to help them navigate their courses and develop vital life skills.
Why did you want to get into education?
I enjoy learning new things myself and wanted to work with others as they expanded their skills and knowledge. I found immense pleasure in teaching and wanted to focus more on the Pastoral side, hence now working as a Progress Tutor. I value supporting students as they build resilience to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
