Our Psychology & Biology students recently enjoyed an incredible visit to Chester Zoo 🦍🧠🌿

During the visit, students took part in expert-led workshops with zoo scientists and animal keepers, exploring observational research with animals and discovering the techniques used to gather behavioural data in real-world settings. Students also had the opportunity to carry out their own observations while learning more about evolution and attachment behaviours in primates.

After a busy and successful academic year, the day also gave students the chance to explore the zoo, enjoy the amazing wildlife, and experience learning beyond the classroom in a truly engaging environment.
