What do you love about the subject you teach?
Teaching A-Level and BTEC Dance is incredibly fulfilling because it allows me to guide students through a transformative journey, where technical skill meets personal expression.
At this advanced level, students dive deeper into the art form, blending technique with creative exploration and critical thinking. I love witnessing their growth—not just in physical ability, but in self-confidence and artistic voice.
Teaching these courses also lets me see students connect academic concepts with real-world applications, preparing them for both higher education and careers in the arts.
Being part of their journey as they discover their potential and push their boundaries is why I’m passionate about teaching dance at this level.
