What do you love about your job?
I enjoy see the students thrive on their Priestley journey. I beleive I make a difference and I have been an positive influence.
How do you think the progress tutors make a difference to the students at Priestley?
Progress tutors encourage and support students and give them a safe space to discuss their concerns. We help them overcome barriers and motivate them to succeed.
Why did you want to get into education?
I enjoy working with young people. When they leave Priestley I feel proud of their achievements. I hope that when they reflect on their time in education they feel valued and supported throughout.
