We are looking forward to welcoming you to your audition and/or production workshop.
On arrival, please report to the reception in the Priestley Building. You will receive a warm welcome and be well looked after by the PSP staff and students who will guide you to our Costello Theatre for a short briefing about Priestley School of Performance and outline the timetable for the auditions/production workshop.
This will be an opportunity to find out more about your courses and meet the highly experienced staff as well as current students. It also means we get to meet you, give you a tour of the department and assess your potential to study our courses.
- If you have not already, please email admissions@priestley.ac.uk to confirm your attendance.
- If you are unable to attend, or have decided that you no longer wish to join the Priestley School of Performance, please call 01925 415415.

For the audition workshops, you should wear suitable clothing, i.e. no skirts, or tight jeans etc. Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery should be removed. For Dance and Musical Theatre, you should either wear dance shoes or bare feet – no outdoor shoes are allowed.
Our PSP courses are very popular at Priestley School of Performance and only those who have successfully completed an audition (including written work) and obtained the appropriate GCSE qualifications will be able to start on these courses in September.
